Bobby

Kutteh

Bobby Kutteh is the chief executive officer of Compass Healthcare, a $5 billion organization, which provides specialized and unified food and support services through its Crothall Healthcare, Intelas, Morrison Healthcare, Touchpoint Support Services, and Unidine Healthcare.

During his time as CEO, Bobby has earned the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, honoring Top CEOs. Morrison and Crothall have also been recognized as two of Modern Healthcare’s Top 100 Best Places to Work eight times.

Bobby launched his career with American Hospital Supply and held various executive management positions with Baxter International, Marriott International, and B. Braun Medical throughout his career.

Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife Carol, and they have one daughter who lives in Boston with her wife.

Mike

Villani

Mike Villani is the chief executive officer of Crothall Healthcare, a leading provider of support services. With more than 30 years of operations experience within the company, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a growth mindset to his role. He moved into his new role in April 2025 after serving as President of Crothall’s largest Environmental Services (EVS) operating division for four years. Mike is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and strong focus on client relationships. His dedication to operational excellence and collaboration across service lines has driven the company’s growth and enhanced its market position.

Mike has been recognized for managing a complex market, achieving consistent growth, and fostering strong client relationships. He has expanded opportunities beyond the EVS business by integrating Compass Healthcare service lines with key customers. Additionally, his leadership was instrumental in transforming the Javits Center into a temporary hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mike is also credited for establishing and expanding Crothall’s Sterile Processing Service line.

Daniel

E. Gatti

Dan Gatti is a senior vice president and the chief financial officer for Compass Healthcare. He is responsible for providing senior financial leadership for Compass Healthcare, including financial and strategic planning, business development support, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and the oversight of several related support functions.

Dan joined Crothall Services Group in 1999 and was appointed as chief financial officer. After acquisition by Compass in 2001, Dan continued as Crothall’s chief financial officer until his promotion to his current position in 2014. Prior to joining Crothall, Dan spent much of his previous experience in public accounting with firms Laventhol & Horwath and Parente, Randolph. Crothall was Dan’s client while at Parente, Randolph.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University, where he graduated with honors. He holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Business Leadership from Revans University in England. Dan and his family reside in New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Tim

Pierce

Tim Pierce, the chief executive officer of Compass Healthcare Operations, is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the company’s brands made up of Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare, and TouchPoint Support Services, which provide food and support services in more than 2,600 locations across the U.S. The brands combined proudly have 90+ years of healthcare experience, 72K+ associates, $6.7B+ yearly in revenue, and serve 570M+ meals annually.

Tim has been with Morrison Healthcare for more than 38 years. Prior to his current position, he served as the chief executive officer of Morrison Healthcare for almost 12 years. Before that, Tim held roles as president, division vice president, regional vice president, and regional director of operations. He is part of the Compass Healthcare Operations management team, which guides the strategic direction of Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare, and Touchpoint Support Services. Additionally, Tim is a member of Compass Group North America’s Strategic Leadership Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Jeff

Almy

Jeff Almy is the chief financial officer for Compass Healthcare Operations, which includes the brands Morrison Healthcare, Crothall Healthcare, and TouchPoint Support Services. He is responsible for the financial planning, operational analysis, and support, including budgeting, evaluating new business opportunities, contract negotiations, retention strategy, and financial leadership of acquisition.

Prior to his current role, Jeff was chief financial officer for Morrison Healthcare for three years. He has been with Morrison Healthcare since 2013 and has held roles as vice president of finance and director of finance. Before joining Morrison, Jeff worked in various finance and analytics roles at The Home Depot and S.P Richards.

Jeff earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama. He and his wife Virginia have three daughters. Jeff enjoys playing golf, watching college football, and spending time on the Gulf Coast with his family.

Bruce

Bashwiner

Bruce Bashwiner is division president for all Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management Operations, overseeing Facilities Management Services, Plant Operations Management, Energy Management Services, Project Management Operations, and Medical Gas Services for more than 1500 Healthcare facilities across the United States. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

He joined Crothall Facilities Management (CFMI) in 1994 as the director of Facilities Management, Construction, and Clinical Engineering at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. Over the years, he held various leadership positions in Facilities Management.

In 2014, Bruce accepted the position of senior associate vice president for University Facilities and Services for both the university and seven-hospital healthcare system operations portfolio at the University of Rochester in Western New York. Bruce returned to the Compass One/Crothall Healthcare family in October of 2019 as the division president for Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management Division.

Bruce attended Lincoln Technical Institute where he earned his Associate’s Level Certification in Mechanical Systems Design, Operations, and Technologies. He then completed his studies at Colorado Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Property Management Concentration. Bruce is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) with the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Joe

Longinotti

Joe Longinotti, division president, has worked in the healthcare industry, specifically with Crothall, for over 25 yeas. In 1995, he was hired as an evening shift supervisor at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. Within two years, he was relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he excelled as the assistant director of housekeeping.

Joe’s career has been marked by his contributions to several large health systems over the years, and for which he was promoted to regional director of operations in the Baltimore region. During this time, he was EVS director for Kennedy Health system, then EVS and PT director at Union Memorial Hospital.

Starting in 2005, Joe’s territory grew due to his significant help in selling new business and adding on to already established accounts, and he was promoted to regional vice president in the Mid-Atlantic region. Joe received two nominations for the Terry Batchelor Memorial Award and received the prestigious regional manager of the Year award in 2007.

Joe’s career growth with Crothall continued as he was promoted to division president. Joe now oversees accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region from Delaware to northern Virginia. He is a graduate from Farleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Joe, his wife, and three children reside in Maryland.

Greg

Osganian

Greg Osganian is Crothall Healthcare’s division president of Patient Transportation and has national responsibility for all programs and systems, which perform more than 10 million patient transports annually. Greg also has responsibility for the company’s National Performance Center located in Knoxville, TN. He has held this position since 2018 and previously served as a regional vice president.

Greg joined Crothall in 2004 as a supervisor for Environmental Services, but soon found his role expanding and growing within Patient Transportation. Greg’s Novant Health accounts were Foundation Training certified and frequently traveled by the sales force as a center of excellence for the Division. For his efforts, Greg was honored with the Crothall Collaboration Award for superior commitment, service, and collaboration in achieving best in class patient throughput results. Greg was honored in 2008 as the Patient Transportation Unit Director of the Year.

Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Bonaventure University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte.

Larry

Stebelsky

Larry has been with Crothall Healthcare since 1994, and his career has been marked with ongoing success and career progression.

He began his career with Courtyard by Marriott in Devon/Valley Forge, Pennsylvania where he managed the Front Desk and Restaurant areas of two hotels over a three-year period. In 1993, Larry was hired as the Front Desk, Guest Services and Concierge training manager at Trump Regency in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

In February 1994, Larry started as a supervisor at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He was quickly promoted to assistant director and then director within the same year. In 2001, Larry was promoted to resident regional director of operations at the very prestigious Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. A few years later, Larry returned east and was promoted to RVP central division. Larry assumed the role of division president in 2017.

Larry graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Larry and his wife Amy have three children, Lucas, Carlee, and Ashley. They reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Lisa

Trombley

Lisa Trombley, division president of EVS, has been with Compass One Healthcare since 2001. Before joining Crothall, Lisa enjoyed a long and successful career with Morrison and Compass One Healthcare.

Lisa is a bold leader who challenges her team to break new ground and seek creative solutions. Professional development for her team is a top priority, and clients universally recognize her as a strong advocate.

Lisa joined Morrison in 2001 as director of Patient & Clinical Nutrition Services at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Her career continued to advance, and her breakthrough assignment came in 2008 when she was promoted to senior director of Food & Nutrition Services at world-renowned LAC + USC Healthcare Network. In 2020, Lisa was promoted to senior vice president in Morrison’s Western Division.

Lisa resides in Torrance, California with her husband, Al; children, Alex and Mya; and dog, Stella. She enjoys the beach, jogging, and hiking.

Kevin

Yon

Kevin is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than 25 years progressive experience in the broad aspects of acute care support services management, ranging from operational management to sales and consultative services.

Kevin came to Crothall from our Medi-Dyn acquisition in 2008. While at Medi-Dyn, Kevin served in several roles. He started his career in EVS as an operations manager and unit director. In 1994, Kevin was promoted to director of business development.

Since joining Crothall, Kevin helped lead our Patient Transportation Division, initially as an RVP, and then as the division president for eight years. Kevin made many contributions, including ongoing innovation as evidenced by the introduction of the National Performance Center, continuous focus on technology and analytics, and constant exploration of new and exciting ways to improve service and enhance efficiency.

In 2018, Kevin was appointed division president of environmental services for the Southeast and is responsible for leading the division in improving key financial and operational outcomes. He also has leveraged his expertise in identifying and cultivating top talent to better position the division for sustainable improvements in account retention and division growth

Phyllis

Parks

Phyllis Parks brings 16 years of HR experience in various industries to her role as vice president of human resources for Compass One Healthcare. She joined Compass Healthcare in early 2022 and looks forward to the challenge of this position as it is her first in the healthcare industry. Her mission is to lead the field HR strategy for Crothall Healthcare to contribute to and enable business success through talent, people, and processes.

Before joining Compass One Healthcare, Phyllis worked for US Foods, Lance Inc and Pepsico in various HR leadership roles. Before starting her HR career, Phyllis previously worked in the property and casualty insurance industry as a risk analyst and, later, as a stay-at-home-mom, fundraiser, and organizer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the College of William and Mary. She is a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2009.

Phyllis and her husband reside in Indianapolis, IN. Together, they enjoy spending time in nature and in the mountains. They are motorsports fans, making Indianapolis an exciting place to live! In her free time, Phyllis enjoys running, reading, watching TED talks, and learning new tricks about how technology can enhance her productivity, her work, and her personal life.
