AAMI and Crothall Healthcare Partner to Launch BMET Apprenticeship Program
Crothall Healthcare has partnered with AAMI as an employer partner for their new BMET Apprenticeship Program. With the Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS) department set to hire ten biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs) this year, HTS Program Director Codi Nelson saw AAMI’s program as a way to diversify the company’s talent pipeline further. While apprenticing for Crothall HTS, these BMETs would have the opportunity to learn the company culture, protocols, and processes from the start.
