Chief Executive Officer, Compass One Healthcare
Bobby Kutteh is the chief executive officer of Compass One Healthcare, a $5 billion organization, which provides specialized and unified food and support services through its Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare brands.
During his time as CEO, Bobby has earned the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award honoring Top CEOs. Morrison and Crothall have also been recognized as two of Modern Healthcare’s Top 100 Best Places to Work for eight consecutive years.
Bobby launched his career with American Hospital Supply and held various executive management positions with Baxter International, Marriott International, and B. Braun Medical throughout his career.
Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife Carol, and they have one daughter, who lives in Boston.

Chief Financial Officer, Compass One Healthcare
Dan Gatti graduated, with honors, from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1984. In 2006, he obtained his Masters of Science in Business Leadership from Revans University (England). Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Dan started his career in 1984 with Laventhol & Horwath, an international public accounting firm. While at Laventhol, he focused primarily on audits and consulting services for large, publicly held companies. Dan progressed from the level of staff to senior manager in six years.
Dan continued his career in 1990 with Parente, Randolph, an international public accounting firm. While with Parente, he was assigned as the senior manager for the Crothall Healthcare account where he managed the audit and consulting services provided to Crothall in its early stages of development.
In 1996, Dan became the Chief Financial Officer for YBM International, a $150 million international manufacturing company. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for the acquisition of two international companies, raising equity capital, and investor relations.
In 1999, Dan joined Crothall Healthcare as Director of Finance and Accounting, with responsibility for all of Crothall’s accounting functions and financial reporting. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2001 and has since ascended to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Compass One Healthcare.
Dan and his family live in New Hope, Pennsylvania and he is based in our corporate office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

President, Environmental Services, Patient Transportation and Facilities Management
Tom Racobaldo graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He began his career as a Manager Trainee with Crothall Hospital Services, Inc. in 1979. His first assignment was as Housekeeping Director at Oxford Hospital, a 50-bed facility in Northeast Philadelphia. Soon after, he was promoted to a larger account, the Philadelphia College of Art; then to Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Tom was then promoted to Director of Housekeeping at the 1,000-plus bed Greystone State Psychiatric Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey.
In 1984, Tom relocated to Southern California when he accepted a position as Sales Director. He was responsible for selling housekeeping and plant operations and maintenance services in Southern California and Arizona. In 1986, he returned to Operations as a District Manager serving housekeeping clients in the Southwest. In the fall of 1987, he was promoted to Regional Vice President. His responsibilities included oversight of the housekeeping and POM programs.
In 1989, the Marriott Corporation acquired United HealthServ, Inc. (previously Crothall Hospital Services). Tom continued to serve as Regional Vice President with responsibilities encompassing the oversight of housekeeping, plant operations and maintenance, and food service programs in Central California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. His region included nearly 50 clients, five district managers, and over $45 million in revenues.
In May 1993, Tom joined Crothall Healthcare Inc. as Regional Vice President for the South. He was then promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 1994, at which point he assumed responsibility for all U.S. Housekeeping operations.
In September 2006 Tom was promoted to Executive Vice President and oversees Housekeeping, Patient Transportation and Facilities Management, nationally. In the fall of 2009, Tom was named President, Crothall Healthcare.

President, Crothall Laundry Services
Mike Barner graduated from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 1998, he received his MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Mike joined Crothall Services Group in 1999 and served as the Vice President of Information Services. In addition to technology, Mike was responsible for the formation and oversight of the Crothall Patient Transportation Division. In 2001, Mike was appointed to the Crothall Services Management Committee where he participates in strategic planning and development of corporate goals.
In 2005, his role was expanded to Senior Vice President of Field System Solutions for Compass Group, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, Mike was responsible for managing a team of 200+ IT Professionals who provide the strategy and delivery of consumer-facing and operational-related technology solutions for Compass Group North America.
In 2014, Mike moved back into an operational role serving as the Senior Vice President of Crothall Laundry Services.
