MAD logoThe program is designed to recognize and reward Crothall-paid front-line associates who provide our patients and customers with exceptional service by going the extra mile in providing quality service. This is typically something done outside the employee's regular job description - something he or she has done to WOW a patient or visitor. 

Examples:

YES! Here is one example of the type of behavior that makes an associate eligible for this recognition:

“A patient was concerned because he would not be able to receive his morning paper while in the hospital. John C. Housekeeper heard this and took it upon himself to personally buy and deliver the morning newspaper to this patient each day during his stay.”

NO!  Here is an example of an entry that would NOT qualify:

“Susie Transport always has a great attitude and shows up for work on time.  She does a great job and never complains.”

Who is eligible?

Any Crothall-paid hourly associate is eligible.

When?

Nominations will be accepted at any time.  Notifications will go out via email to announce cutoff dates for nominations in a given award period.  Winners are announced with each new issue of Celebrations magazine. 

How to nominate?

Managers should fill out and submit a nomination form by clicking the NOMINATE button at the left. Be sure to provide A SPECIFIC STORY that will illustrate why the associate you are nominating stands out above the rest.
