Crothall Completes Merger with Professional Services

Move solidifies Crothall’s position as second largest outsourced provider of housekeeping services to the health care market.

Wayne, PA (October 15, 2007) –Crothall Services Group, Inc., of Wayne, PA, today announced the completion of its merger with Professional Services, of Plymouth Meeting, PA, a regional provider of health care support services.  Through the merger, Professional Services becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Crothall Services Group.  The transaction was finalized on Monday, October 1, 2007.

The merger increases Crothall’s client base, adding client hospitals and nursing homes in 13 states throughout the East Coast and Midwest US in a variety of services, including: Housekeeping, Plant Operations & Maintenance, Clinical Engineering, and Dining.  This strategic purchase will strengthen Crothall’s leadership position as an outsourced provider of support services to the health care market.

The two companies’ commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance will provide key synergies as each company focuses on growth while continuing to provide service excellence to current clients.  The operational structure of Professional Services will remain intact, operating under the Professional Services name, as it continues to serve its clients with its present leadership and management.
