From the CEOWe have completed a spectacular fiscal 2008, in which we added 65 new customers and completed two key acquisitions. These have strengthened our company immensely, including the addition of 3,200 new employees. None of it would be possible without our supportive clients. We will strive to always be responsive to your feedback. This issue of Celebrations highlights some of the ways we continue to be responsive to the needs of our clients. The cover story discusses how our Patient Transportation programs have emerged as a great resource for nurses. What we offer has the potential to relieve them of many non-clinical tasks and reduce their risk of injury. We help nurses get back to doing what they love—caring for patients. We wrap up our three-part series on the top concerns identified by healthcare administrators and the part Crothall plays in the solutions. And we begin a new series on the clinical equipment life cycle and how Crothall partners with our clients to help make the best decisions every step along the way—from acquisition planning to disposition. And finally, we take a look at some of the great accomplishments of our people. I want to point out the impressive actions taken by our teams to help our client facilities prepare for and deal with the 2008 storm season. Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by the array of hurricanes this fall, and as a company, we fully support our people both logistically and financially. Thank you for your continued support. Of all our successes, there is one for which I am most proud and humbled, and that is our customer retention. Once again for fiscal 2008, retention remains over 99%. This drives everything else we do, for growth would not be possible without a strong and loyal customer base. My sincere thanks goes out to you, and I will do whatever it takes to retain your faith in Crothall Services Group in the years to come. As the holidays approach, I am reminded of our many blessings. Again this year, we will be making donations in our clients’ names to the Make-A-Wish Foundation through Crothall Cares.
