As I reflect on the previous year, I am reminded of how blessed we are to have the best people working so hard to make our company the success it is. I am excited about the opportunities 2008 brings as we renew our commitment to our clients to deliver best-in-class service every day. Our people are truly embracing our values and these continue to guide our decision-making process.

Our focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty drives everything we do. Our customer retention rate remains over 99%, by far the industry's highest. The only way to maintain this record of performance is to better understand our clients' needs, work with them to develop tailored solutions, and aggressively share best practices.

Beginning in 2008, Celebrations will be a quarterly publication, giving us more time to develop powerful stories that bring real value to our clients. We believe that being the best means always being at the forefront of the issues impacting the healthcare industry.

Our cover story addresses the important topic of energy usage and conservation. In addition to the amount of money that can be saved through more efficient consumption habits, there is a considerable environmental impact we must consider.

We offer our insights into patient flow challenges and outline some innovative solutions taking place at our customer locations. We also discuss Crothall's approach to hospitality training, which is absolutely essential in today's healthcare environment.

Finally, we share the courageous efforts of Crothall people responding in a positive way to difficult challenges. Our people are the heart of our company, and I am blown away by the courage they display. As always, our "Make a Difference" recognition displays some of the finest examples of our employees going above and beyond to touch the lives of the people we serve.
