From the CEO

Now that fiscal year 2007 has come to a close, I am extremely pleased to report our outstanding results. Our company experienced double digit growth, enjoyed customer retention rates in excess of 99%, and added more than 70 new customers. Our employees' hard work, perseverance, and commitment to quality continue to make the difference.

This has been an especially busy year internally. We have achieved more than 85% of our Phase I Standardization efforts. In the recent Compass Employee Survey, approximately 85% of our employees recommended Crothall Services Group as a good place to work. Our financial and operational condition is strong and we are well positioned to grow wisely through acquisitions and continued organic growth. Our strategy to diversify our service offerings, while maintaining our industry-leader status as "the expert specialists," has continued to pay huge dividends in terms of quality, service, results, and client retention.

Our more than 20,000 employees and more than 1,400 clients deserve nothing less than our best to address our greatest opportunities in 2008. Our company was built upon hiring the best talent available anywhere and providing the industry's finest professional development for our people. We are working diligently and quickly to further address our needs, including Foundations training, providing a clearly understood career path for all employees, and dramatically improving our retention at the Supervisor level.

In this issue, we reiterate our commitment to specialization as our defining strength, explore the compelling advantages of outsourcing the service of your Radiology department, celebrate the Crothall commitment to promote from within, and we conclude our 3-part series on enhancing patient throughput.

I am constantly reminded of our great promise and many blessings. What excites me and makes me most proud is not what we've accomplished, but the tremendous potential that our future holds.
