The Power of Teamwork in Action

Dear Bobby,

I would like to nominate an entire team of people for the "Make a Difference" program. As I'm sure you know,we began providing Facilities Management services at Hialeah Hospital on March 1st of this year. However, we would soon discover that this wasn't just any new program implementation.

Due to staffing issues outside of our control, we began with one manager and one engineer, and within two days were able to add a second engineer. This was the staffing level for the next two weeks. It was at this point that Crothall folks from around the country began to arrive, ready to lend a hand.

As if this scenario wasn't enough to give us all angina, the Joint Commission appeared two days later to conduct a full survey! During this stressful time, the entire Crothall team performed exceptionally and received numerous comments from hospital staff and administration on their performance and dedication to customer service. Keep in mind that none of these folks had ever been in this facility prior to the launch, and we couldn't even locate tools at first.

The Joint Commission was impressed with the ability of the team, regardless of the situation and the survey went off without a hitch! Below are the names of the individuals on the team and the units they came from:

Timothy Spears: Maintenance Technician, Indiana Heart Hospital, IN

In my opinion, each of these people is a clear cut example of "Making a Difference!"
