What is your funniest Crothall moment?

Several years ago, I was on a flight from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. The plane was a through-flight with a stopover in Nashville. When we arrived in Nashville, I got off the plane, as we had an hour layover, to make telephone calls. I was on the phone watching as my plane backed up from the gate with all of my belongings still on board (i.e., briefcase, tickets, wallet).

What is your most special Crothall moment?

The day we officially formed the company was a very special moment; however, I have special Crothall moments each and every day.

What is your favorite book?

I have no real favorite book; however, I do enjoy reading biographies.

Ronald Reagan – I have not had the opportunity to follow the television show.

What advice would you give to someone who just joined Crothall?

“ Fasten your seatbelt.” No, actually I advise new hires to learn all they can, to carry out our company values each and every day, and to have fun.

I have a black belt in karate (no, just kidding). I have lived in 11 different states, Washington DC and 1 Canadian province.
